Exchanges and Returns
The customer has the right to return the products they bought or change the order (in whole or part of it), without the obligation to inform the reason for which they wish to return or change the products, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date he received them and, in fact, when there are several products in the same order from the delivery of the last one, while there is an obligation to deliver products at regular intervals from the delivery of the first one.
If the return is not made within the above period of 14 days, then SuperAlloys® Engineering may not accept it.
In the case of a refund request, the return is made at the expense of the customer-sender. The IBAN, bank and beneficiary name should be filled in on the return form. Only the value of the products within 10 working days is refunded, not the value of cash on delivery and shipping costs.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the change/withdrawal statement before the 14-day deadline expires.
Product exchanges and returns are accepted under the following conditions:
The declaration of change/withdrawal is done electronically by completing the “Change or Return of Products/Withdrawal Form” available on our website (download the form here) or sent with the parcel. In the first case, SuperAlloys® Engineering sends a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal statement, as soon as it receives the statement. The declaration can also be submitted in writing by completing and sending it to the company’s address. The declaration form can be found on the back of the Retail Sales Receipt or Bill of Lading – Invoice that the customer receives with their order.
Shipping costs
Within Greece
The return – exchange of the unwanted product is done exclusively by the transport courier received by the customer (Geniki Taxydromiki) at the cost of the recipient, i.e. SuperAlloys® Engineering. In case of a product change, the new product is sent by the company also via Geniki Taxydromiki, depending on the region, with a customer fee of €2.50. In case of a product return, the company returns the amount of money received, without undue delay and within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the products, using the same means of payment as that of the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
In case that the customer chooses another post company, the cost of transport is borne exclusively by the customer. Return – exchange with another post company and charge SuperAlloys® Engineering, will not be accepted.
It should be noted that if the corresponding product desired by the customer is not available, the amount is blocked in his account to be used for another purchase.
In case that the customer receives a defective or damaged product, SuperAlloys® Engineering will make every effort to replace it with an identical or similar product at no additional cost. Defective is only the product that is unsuitable to be used for its intended purpose or that does not have the agreed properties as described on the company’s website. In no case, the product that deviates from the photos posted on the company’s website due to the expected differences during their download and upload, is not considered defective. In any case where a defect is found, the customer has the obligation to contact the online store via e-mail at info@superalloys-eng.com. However, if a product is found to be defective, the company expressly reserves the right to diagnose the product in question as defective, following a check by its competent employees.
Outside Greece and within the European Union
Exchange – return is made in any way chosen by the customer and the transport costs are borne exclusively by him.
